Simultaneous Lone Demonstration

Not sure I can word this any better than Rachel, so please click here and read what she has to say. It is a demonstration against the ban on protesting outside parliament. Lone demonstrations, applied for and approved by the police a week in advance are within the law. The idea here seems to be to have many lone protests at the same time.
